- AI user acceptance review — structured review with end users, human-in-the-loop design, and a record of when people accept, change, or override AI output
- AI model development, built to be proven — predictive models and large language model automation, delivered with their test evidence
- Data migration validation — record-by-record reconciliation when data moves between systems
- Evidence and documentation — test plans, results, deviations, and sign-offs, organized to the NIST AI Risk Management Framework
What we don’t do: we don’t resell hardware, and we don’t do cybersecurity or ATO work. When we test a model, it is one we did not build — that separation is what makes the evidence credible.
Current Delivery
Delivery today is inside GxP-validated regulatory IT for a top-ten pharmaceutical manufacturer, as a contributing workstream in an enterprise program targeting 150,000 hours of manual effort eliminated by year-end.
